Called to the Bar June 13th, 1975

Appointed Queen's Counsel

Practice is now primarily in the area of family law and professional discipline cases (having had matters with the Law Society of Alberta, The Alberta Teachers' Association, The College of Alberta Psychologists, The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Alberta, The Alberta Pharmaceutical Association, The National Hockey League). Private arbitration work also conducted. Available to involve in Rule 4.16 dispute resolution processes.

Previously practice included extensive involvement in criminal law having conducted a number of jury trials and defended charges including murder and other serious charges. While my practice always included divorce and other matrimonial causes, increased volume of work in that area basically caused it to become my primary area of practice since the mid 1980s.
